Dear Business Partners, allow us to inform you of the fact that, by the decision of the general meetings of both companies, the merger project of KOH-I-NOOR a.s.and KOH-I-NOOR MASSAG, a.s. was approved.The decisive date of the merger is January 1, 2023, the entry of the merger into the commercial register will be made on July 1, 2023.By entering the merger into the commercial register, the company KOH-I-NOOR a.s. ceases to exist and the successor company becomes KOH-I-NOOR MASSAG, a.s., which hereby takes over all legal obligations, rights and obligations of KOH-I-NOOR a.s. Company holiday 2023

We would like to inform you that in connection with the company-wide holiday from July 7 and July 31 to August 4, 2023, our KOH-I-NOOR product warehouses, textile haberdashery wholesale, retail and e-shop will be temporarily closed. This step is necessary to ensure planned maintenance work and to optimize our services for our customers.
