Company merger information
Dear Business Partners,
allow us to inform you of the fact that, by the decision of the general meetings of both companies, the merger project of KOH-I-NOOR a.s.and KOH-I-NOOR MASSAG, a.s. was approved.
The decisive date of the merger is January 1, 2023, the entry of the merger into the commercial register will be made on July 1, 2023.
By entering the merger into the commercial register, the company KOH-I-NOOR a.s. ceases to exist and the successor company becomes KOH-I-NOOR MASSAG, a.s., which hereby takes over all legal obligations, rights and obligations of KOH-I-NOOR a.s.
